Return & Refund Policy
Our complete refund and cancellation policies for all Sportal services.
1Venue Bookings (User Cancellations)
All online payments made for venue slot bookings (whether paid in full or as an advance partial payment) are strictly non-refundable. If a user chooses to cancel or fails to show up for their booked slot, the paid amount is forfeited.
2Venue Bookings (Venue Cancellations)
Once a user successfully books and pays for a slot, the Venue cannot cancel the booking. The system does not allow venues to cancel confirmed online reservations. Venues are strictly obligated to honor the booked slot.
If a venue fails to provide access to a booked slot, they assume 100% liability as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
3Tournaments
If a paid tournament is canceled or marked as "Forfeited" by the system's strict logic constraints before taking place, participating Users will receive a full automatic refund to their original payment method.
However, if the tournament officially starts in the system but physically fails to take place, is disrupted, or a mishap occurs on-site, Sportal will not issue automatic refunds. In such cases, the physical execution of the event is 100% the venue's legal and operational responsibility, and users must resolve the dispute directly with the venue management.
4Digital Subscriptions & Promotions
All purchases of "Pro Player" user subscriptions and Venue Promotional Plans (e.g., Economic, Premium, Be A Brand) are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-withdrawable once activated.
